30-day return policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the day of purchase.
• A 15% restocking fee applies.
• Items must be repacked and returned in their original packaging with all documentation and parts in it.
• Items need to be received in perfect condition. Items received defective or broken will be returned to buyer and refund will be waived.
• Buyer needs to request RMA number prior to returning any item.
• Free return shipping.

How to request your RMA #

Please email us at info@digitalmenuboardsolutions.com to request your RMA#. The following information needs to be provided:

• Product name
• Serial number
• Order number
• Contact person’s name
• Contact person’s telephone number

RMA# and return instructions will be provided via email.  A representative will contact you by phone prior to issuing the RMA#. Once you receive your RMA# please make sure the item(s) are returned and received within 7 business days.

Make sure to add a printed copy of the RMA email received in every box.

Refunds
Upon approval, your refund will be processed according to your initial payment method.
Refunds will be processed in 5 business days.  A 15% restocking fee applies.
